Welcome! So, you want to take control of your body and regain your health, fitness, and mental well-being. Well done for taking that first step and visiting my site!

A bit about myself: I am a 29-year-old mum to a happy-go-lucky, full-on little 4-year-old who I swear is going to give me grey hair by the time I'm 30. My fitness journey started about 6 months before I fell pregnant with my son, which sent my fitness journey to a grinding halt because I didn't have the right information or skills to know what I can and can't do during and after pregnancy. I was able to get back in the gym about 2 months after my son was born because I sought out someone to help me. Since then, it has been a journey of ups and downs, whether that was in nutrition or exercise. To tell you the truth, I still struggle with these at times, but we are all human, so let's work on it together and help bring out your best self.
